Research-grade single-beam spectrophotometers

UV-2600i/UV-2600 and UV-2700i/UV-2700 research-grade spectrophotometers are designed to solve scientific and applied problems. The two-beam Czerny-Turner optical scheme based on the LO-RAY-LIGH diffraction grating and the highly sensitive FEP detector allows operation in various modes, providing not only high sensitivity and stability of measurements, but also high resolution when studying spectra. The devices are equipped with a variable spectral bandwidth from 0.1 to 5.0 nm, the setting of which is carried out automatically in the measurement method.

The UV-2600i and UV-2700i spectrophotometers are controlled by the software LabSolutions UV-Vis software.          The UV-2600 and UV-2700 spectrophotometers are controlled by the UVProbe software.

Features

The diffraction grating of the spectrophotometers operates in the range of 185-1400 nm, which allows the UV-2600i/UV-2600 model to significantly expand the spectral range from the standard 185-900 nm up to the near-IR at 1400 nm, which can be widely used, for example, in the study of semiconductors. Thus, the installation integrates the ISR-2600 Plus sphere, which is equipped with two detectors: PMT and InGaAs, allowing for measurements of transmission, absorption, diffuse and specular reflection not only in the UV and visible range, but also up to 1400 nm.

The use of two consecutive LO-RAY-LIGHT grating monochromators has allowed to reduce the level of scattered light (0.00002-0.00005%) in spectrophotometers of the UV-2700i/UV-2700 model by several orders of magnitude, which allows to measure samples with high optical density, up to 8.5 Abs (transmission 0.000001%). Only with this configuration can a high level of linearity be achieved.

Spectrophotometers of models UV-2600i/UV-2600 and UV-2700i/UV-2700 are controlled using the UVProbe or LabSolutions UV-Vis programs, which are installed on a regular PC or laptop. The device is supplied with the software along with the UV Performance Validation program, which allows you to automatically validate the equipment in accordance with GLP / GMP. The result files, as well as the validation parameter files, are saved and can be downloaded or printed at any time for comparison.

In the case of the LabSolutions UV-Vis software, in addition to the measurement and analysis functions, the ability to evaluate the measurement results (pass/fail criteria) is available. Simple data export to text or table format increases work efficiency.
