EHF-E series

EHF-E series servopulsers are the most popular high-precision system for static and dynamic testing. Maximum power 200 kN. Does not require large space for installation. High-rigidity frame prevents longitudinal bending of the sample and reduces energy loss due to frame deformation.

• Accuracy. The highly rigid main frame, powerful digital controller electronics and a specially developed Shimadzu servo valve ensure accurate testing with high reproducibility of results.
• Safety. Special safety features and an emergency stop button make the work safe for the user.
• Continuously variable force and speed. The high-performance servo valve allows for instant changes in test force and speed.
• Two-stage cross drive mechanism. The hydraulic cross drive and clamp can be operated intuitively using handles. This two-stage configuration helps prevent errors and accidents.
• Multifunctionality. The system consists of a main frame, controller and hydraulic station. Depending on the user’s goals and tasks, the frame power and the required grips are selected.
• Compactness The system is designed to use the laboratory workspace as economically as possible.
• High-rigidity frame and large testing space. The increased rigidity of the main frame guarantees trouble-free operation of the testing machine and also provides reliable fixation.

These compact floor-standing models with a bottom-mounted drive on a loading frame can perform a wide range of fatigue and endurance tests. The main applications are testing metals and plastics.
