Autographs AG-X plus series are high-precision universal tensile machines for physical and mechanical testing of various materials. Features

  • Ultra-high-speed data sampling ensures you don’t miss any force changes. Ultra-fast 0.2ms (5kHz) data sampling ensures that sudden force changes, often seen at the start of a test, are recorded. Data sampling mode settings are easily changed during the test, allowing for detailed examination of the most important stages.
  • Increased resolution of the control system (factor 8) increases the reliability of test results. Test results are significantly dependent on the resolution of the speed control, particularly in the low speed range. AG-X plus has unprecedented resolution and reliable control, which increases the reliability of the test results obtained.
  • The accuracy of the S-S diagram is achieved due to high-precision load sensors. Increasing the efficiency of testing and the ability to perform verification without switching the load cell is achieved due to the wide guaranteed accuracy range of the load cell from 1/1000 to 1/1. The equipment is available in two accuracy classes with an error of 1% and 0.5%.
  • Easy installation of the load cell. The ability to quickly change the load cell for machines with a capacity of up to 10 kN, where this procedure is required quite often. An additional option for machines with a capacity of 20 kN and more is the ability to attach an additional low-power load cell without disconnecting the main load cell.
  • Reliability and dependability. A frame with high rigidity is a necessary condition for creating functional testing machines. The AG-X plus frame is designed based on the latest technologies. The traverse guide is adapted to all models, floor and table type, and the torsional rigidity is significantly increased compared to standard models.
  • Performing tests without a PC. The optional LCD touch screen allows you to quickly select a test method without connecting to a PC, and also allows you to see the tension/compression diagram on the display screen.
  • Saving test methods to a flash memory card (USB interface). Test methods stored on a flash card are easily transferred to the testing machine, tests are performed without a PC. Test results can also be stored on a flash card and transferred to a PC.
  • New software «TRAPEZIUM X». The software allows full control of the testing process via PC and is suitable for any Shimadzu machine.

AG-X plus desktop type
