The most common high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) instruments currently are the LC-20 Prominence series chromatographs. Its successful application in research and control laboratories in various industries is due to its reliability, high sensitivity and reproducibility of analytical measurement results.
LC-20 Prominence Series
High-performance liquid chromatography systems

Features
The modular design of the LC-20 Prominence chromatographs allows you to choose the configuration of the instrument that is ideally suited to solving a specific analytical problem. To create the desired configuration of the instrument, the user is offered a wide selection of high-precision pumps with different pressure ranges (up to 40 MPa or up to 66 MPa), autoinjectors, thermostats, fraction collectors and various detectors, including spectrophotometric (dispersive of various ranges and diode-matrix), fluorescent, refractometric, conductometric, electrochemical (amperometric), light scattering. In addition, the LC-20 liquid chromatograph, which provides a wide range of solvent supply and minimal carryover of residual contamination, can be equipped with the full range of Shimadzu chromatographic-mass-spectrometric detectors for quantitative and qualitative analysis of both simple and complex substances, as well as identification of unknown compounds.
The LC-20 Prominence series liquid chromatographs were the first to implement: fast chromatography mode using short chromatography columns with fine-grained sorbent, high-pressure chromatography, two-dimensional chromatography, automated online sample preparation, nano-chromatography on capillary columns, and a number of others.
For biopharmaceutical development and quality control of biopharmaceuticals, for the analysis of aggregates and various biological macromolecules in biopharmaceuticals, the Prominence Inert inert HPLC system is offered, the blocks of which are made of special materials with an increased degree of corrosion resistance. The Prominence Inert HPLC system is as reliable and productive as the entire Prominence series, and is ideally suited for size exclusion chromatography of biopolymers.
