The EHF-U series servopulsers are multifunctional machines for fatigue testing of specimens, structures and full-size parts. Maximum capacity 200 kN. The machine can be supplied with increased column height. The machine is equipped with a lower base plate with T-slots. With a suspended drive with a wide test space, the system is ideal for various types of tests carried out in environmental conditions.

Floor-standing modification of a fatigue testing machine with an upper actuator location

Features
- Accuracy. The highly rigid main frame, powerful digital controller electronics and a specially developed Shimadzu servo valve ensure accurate testing with high reproducibility of results.
- Safety. Special safety features and an emergency stop button make the work safe for the user.
- Continuously variable force and speed. The high-performance servo valve allows for instant changes in test force and speed.
- Two-stage cross drive mechanism. The hydraulic cross drive and clamp can be operated intuitively using handles. This two-stage configuration helps prevent errors and accidents.
- Multifunctionality. The system consists of a main frame, controller and hydraulic station. Depending on the user’s goals and tasks, the frame power and the required grips are selected.
- Compactness The system is designed to use the laboratory workspace as economically as possible.
- High-rigidity frame and large testing space. The increased rigidity of the main frame guarantees trouble-free operation of the testing machine and also provides reliable fixation.
Areas of application:
These compact benchtop models with a top-mounted drive on a loading frame can perform a wide range of fatigue and endurance tests, from structural elements to finished parts or small components in a variety of materials.
Technical specifications

* When the distance between the traverse and the base is 500 mm
** A separate drive for the traverse and a stand for the clamp
*** Delivery of the machine with a non-vertical type lifting device is possible
