IRSpirit

Fourier transform infrared spectrometer

The compact IR Fourier spectrometer is based on a sealed Michelson interferometer. The device uses a semiconductor IR laser with temperature control and a high-energy infrared radiation source that has proven itself well. Depending on the user’s tasks and wishes, the device can be equipped with one of two types of detectors: LiTaO3 or DLATGS with temperature control.

The large cell compartment allows you to install both existing Shimadzu accessories and third-party accessories.

High reliability

  • Stability in operation is guaranteed by the interferometer design inherited from higher-end models
  • Can be operated in conditions of high humidity, thanks to the possibility of optional use of windows with KRS-5
  • Device status monitoring function
  • Theft protection and locking option

Built-in IR Pilot software: simplicity and ease of measurement

  • Includes a software module for substance identification, which greatly simplifies the analysis procedure
  • Includes a program for assessing the compliance/non-compliance of the compound with the standard
  • IR Pilot includes 23 preset methods, allowing operators with minimal experience to analyze samples by simply selecting the analysis purpose and accessory type. No need to set parameters. Ability to measure multiple samples with a single mouse click.

To solve various spectral problems, the device is equipped with the LabSolutions IR research software package. The software constantly monitors the technical condition of the device and performs its diagnostics at the user’s request.
