When developing the MOC63u moisture meter, special attention was paid to the possibility of its application to various materials and to increasing work efficiency. All that is needed for operation is to place the sample in the cup and close the lid. The sample moisture analyzer is an essential tool for quality control in many industries.

Humidity Analyzer

Features
- Sample cup size – 95 mm. Large sample cup size – 95 mm in diameter, for uniform sample placement in one thin layer.
- Halogen heater. Built-in halogen heater, providing fast and accurate measurement in the temperature range from 50 to 200 ⁰C.
- Built-in USB port for data transfer to PC. Measurement results can be transferred via USB cable. To connect to a PC via USB cable, you must install the USB driver.
- Compatible with Windows Vista or Windows 7, no special software required. You can send data from the analyzer directly to Excel or other Windows-based applications without installing additional data transfer software. By combining standard autoprint functions with common spreadsheet functions, even complex applications can be easily automated. You can easily create graphs using WindowsDirect or Excel. Connection is possible to a PC based on Windows Vista and Windows7.
- Built-in keyboard for easy and simple control. An automatic measurement start mode is available, which reduces measurement time and increases work efficiency: to start the measurement, you just need to place the sample on the sample cup and close the lid. Various built-in measurement modes will make your work easier and save time. Up to 10 measurement conditions and 100 results can be stored in the internal memory
Possible operating modes of the MOC63u moisture analyzer
START MODE Measurement:
- Automatic measurement start (when closing the device lid, measurement starts automatically)
Manual measurement start (when pressing the “start” button).
DRYING MODES:
- Quick drying mode. The temperature increases rapidly until the moisture content of the sample drops below the set value within 30 seconds, then the sample is dried at the set temperature. As the termination conditions, you can select automatic termination (if the moisture loss in the last 30 seconds is less than the set percentage, the measurement is stopped) or timed termination (the measurement stops automatically after a certain time). This mode can be used to measure liquid samples or other samples that need time to dry.
- Slow drying mode. The temperature rises more slowly than in normal measurement, requiring about 5 minutes from the start of the measurement to reach the set temperature level. As the conditions for the end, you can select automatic end or end after a certain time. The mode is used for samples that tend to change composition during rapid temperature transitions or that may burn during drying, for example, for proteins and high-molecular compounds. In this mode, you can set a smooth temperature rise.
- Step drying mode. You can set the temperature and time for each measurement step (maximum 3 steps). If, for example, crystal hydrates are dried, their structure changes during heating. As a result, the moisture content can be measured differently depending on the drying temperature. The mode is used to measure the moisture content at different temperatures.
MEASUREMENT COMPLETION MODES:
- Standard drying and automatic end mode. The sample is dried at a set temperature and when the change in moisture content over a 30-second period falls below the set value, the measurement is automatically terminated. Standard drying mode and timed termination. Recommended for samples with low moisture content
