The GCMS-TQ8050 NX gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, thanks to its new high-performance detector and new noise suppression technologies, is capable of detecting target compounds at the femtogram level. Moreover, its high level of accuracy and reliability ensure high reliability of ultratrace analysis results.
GCMS-TQ8050 NX
Unparalleled sensitivity of tandem chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS/MS) for ultratrace analysis

Features
- Unparalleled sensitivity. The new detector, with improved signal amplification, maximizes the advantages of off-axis ion optics, which makes the system both highly efficient ion transport and unsurpassed noise suppression. Such modern technologies allow for reliable detection of ultra-low ion concentrations, reaching the femtogram level, demonstrating the highest sensitivity among devices of this class.
- High reliability and performance. In addition to unsurpassed sensitivity, the system provides a high level of reliability. A contamination-resistant ion source in combination with a new detector with a five-times longer service life guarantee reliable analysis results over a long period of time. The optional oil-free pump can operate for three years without periodic maintenance. Thanks to the new improved vacuum system, a deep and stable vacuum is maintained in the MS system, which significantly increases the sensitivity and stability of analysis results, as well as increases the accuracy of determining ultra-trace concentrations of components. The use of ultra-fast analysis technology (UFsweeper) allows measurements to be carried out in high-speed scanning mode, as well as simultaneously in several modes, such as full mass range scanning and multiple reaction monitoring (Scan/MRM).
- Device control. Smart MRM technology helps create precise ultratrace analysis methods and ensures high sensitivity of MRM measurements. In addition, LabSolutions Insight software has an analytical accuracy control function that increases the reliability of the obtained data when determining the ultratrace content of compounds in multicomponent mixtures.
